You can use a third-party app that can help you automate these settings.

You can check the Easy Google Shopping Feed app by AdNAbu, which manages your merchant center feed and other advanced features such as Multilanguage, Multicurrency, and Metafields.

However a great tip if the issue is due to non-matching shipping details, and if you are using the free shopping app. Is to disable automatic imports and simply set up your shipping details manually in Google Merchant Center.

For tax, make sure you set up the correct tax settings in Shopify, and the google shopping app will automatically use this. (When using the free app, you can not manually update this in Google Merchant Center, but you can if you are using a different app)
