I have the basic Shopify plan and the free plan of Klaviyo, and I am using CJdropshipping to import products and to fulfill orders. I used Klaviyo to edit the order confirmation, shipping, shipping update, out for delivery, and delivered emails. I simply copied the exported templates html into the "Edit Code" section on Shopify for those notifications.
I didn’t have the Klaviyo integration on my store, I just copied the templates html into the Shopify notifications. I also had the 17track app installed, and in the settings under Shopify status, I had the "Order Status Auto-push" and "Shopify Email Notification" enabled. I did a second test order and received the order confirmation email.
Then, I saw that the product was shipped, but I never received a shipping confirmation. I did receive the updated shipping email, followed by the out for delivery and delivered emails and during that time the email permission that says 'allow Cj to send a email to your customer via shopify' was turned off.
On Cjdropshipping on the authorization section I remember toggling it on and it when I did my first test order and it ended up sending a shipping confirmation email when the label was created. I didn't want that so I disabled it because there was no shipping information just that the shipping label was created. The domain is authenticated and sender email to send emails to customers is verified.
I deleted 17track and now installed parcelpanel I turned on the 'Send shipping tracking events to Shopify

My question is how can I send the shipping confirmation email to the customer when the item is shipped automatically just like the order confirmation, shipping update, out for delivery, and delivered emails are sent or do I need to turn on the email permission that says 'allow Cj to send a email to your customer via shopify'?
I would contact the app specifically, if they are handling order actions they have a setting they can set for the API call to Shopify to trigger the email.
Reference: We have an order fulfillment app, and depending on the order type or rule settings either trigger the shipping notification (if it has tracking) or not (if it's just auto fulfilling, like a digital product for example).
