Shipping label price adjustments out of control!

These are now OUT OF CONTROL!
I'm getting so many adjustments for packages. The one that is getting me now is that there are adjustments for tenths of an inch off on a box or hundredths of a pound! You read that right hundredths of a pound...as in 0.01 lb differences!!! 
I mean come on folks, there's no way in hell I can account for box sizes varying by the tenth of an inch. Hell, if you squeeze a box or put top load on it the size is gonna change a little. The weight of a corrugated box can vary depending on humidity by that much!
It's killing my profits. WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO HERE @Shopify  ???

I was just charged a shipping adjustment of over $22.00 for a first class box that I weighed at 7 oz and USPS weighed at 9 oz.  This is beyond crazy.

Did you have resolution for this? I am seeing inaccurate adjustments on packages and disputes are denied despite photo evidence of labeled shipments.
