I can’t not create an Shipping label . I do not see that option I only see mark as fulfilled

I'm Miles from the Social Care team at Shopify. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your shipping labels. So I can help out, I'll need to know some more information.

  1. Is this your first time printing a label? If not, has this issue happened before?
  2. Have you already set up Shopify Shipping?

If you can reply with this information, that will help out. In the meantime, I'd like to go through some common solutions with you so we can see if these fix the issues.

In order to print the label, follow these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
  2. Click the number of an order that you've purchased a shipping label for. 3.Click Print label.
  3. In the dialog, select the printer that you want to use to print the label.
  4. Select a paper size that matches the printer you're using to print the label.
  5. After you've chosen the correct printer and paper size, click Print.

If the steps above don't work, you might have an issue with your setup. we’re also having a problem with our store. We don’t have the option to ‘create order label’.

we buy prepaid labels for our local post office in Ireland which you stick to your parcel separately but what we’re trying to do is create a label to print the address only. Can you help with this?
