It looks like that customers that are using Apple Pay can overturn cart settings and use a different workflow.
As we set up our store with Better Shipping and Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery, only some products are available in certain postcodes and there is a delivery fee if the order is less that 20 £, but customers can bypass these settings when using apple pay.
How can we fix this? Thanks

The Store Pickup + Delivery app is incompatible with accelerated checkout methods, such as Apple Pay or GPay, on product pages. This is because these payment methods allow the customer to bypass our app situated on the cart page. It is possible to leave this methods active on the cart page, and the buttons will only become active when the preferences from our app have been selected.
