Shipping no longer working after using Matrixify to import past orders & customer data

Hi!

 

My client launched their website today and everything was fine initially; orders were coming through and the ordering and fulfillment process was fully functional using boxify and shipstation. At one point this afternoon they downloaded Matrixify to import older customer orders & data into the site logs and after that point, customers are not longer able to check out with orders under $50 (they offer free shipping with orders over $50). All orders people are placing under $50 are being met with a " Shipping not available. Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address" error message. They didn't change any settings in the process and we are wondering if anyone knows what may have happened with Matrixify or how to fix the broken shipping settings? Uninstalling the app did not help. Any thoughts and advice are greatly appreciated!!

The issue you described is not related to the Matrixify app as the app itself does not adjust any settings on your store.
