Shipping profiles that incorporate different processing times

Can you please add the ability to setup different shipping profiles that use different processing times?

In my shop, I sell both ready-to-ship inventory, as well as custom orders that take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. I see that there is a way to setup a custom processing time, however, I don't want to put a "blanket" 2 to 3 weeks on every item in my shop.  I only want 2 to 3 weeks on a small handful of custom items.

Etsy allows you to set the processing time per shipping profile. I think it is easiest to handle it that way. I could setup one profile in which will items ship in 1 to 3 business days, and another for customs that will ship in 2 to 3 weeks.

Can you please add this sort of capability? I believe a lot of users would utilize separate profiles in this way, based upon other community discussions I have read.
