Shipping rates

I am trying to find shipping rates for a standard package I will be shipping.  The $29/mo plan and $79/mo plan show different shipping discounts but only list “up to 77% off” and “up to 88% off”. If anyone can let me know the UPS and USPS ground shipping rate for a 8”x8”x8” 32oz package  from 11235 zip code to 10309 and which plan you have I would greatlyh appreciate it.  It seems no one at Shopify is able to answer this basic question but it would go a long way toward helping myself and others decide which plan is best for them.  That is one generalized shipping rate but seeing what the difference is on that will allow me to estimate how much volume I need to do in order to recoup the extra $600/year.
