Shipping, Tracking Number - Hide Chinese Origin?

Hey guys, is there a way to hide the Origin of a Product for tracking? For example the tracking would block china and just starts in the delivered Country

And if not how you guys handle this? you dont give tracking numbers? Or the Customers dont care so much?
