how can I change the shipping vendor on my Shopify account?

I have a POD in the Netherlands, with customers around Europe. My Shopify is linked with Printify fulfillment in Germany. when an order is placed from the Netherlands, it takes more than one week for the customer to get their order. The Printify fulfillment center delivers the print in two days. The shipping vendors take more than one week to get it delivered.

What is the best shipping vendor app/plugin in Europe, that I can add to my Shopify store to optimize my shipping process?

From what I understand you are looking to increase the shipping speed in which your customers receive their products from Printify. Is that correct? 

I do apologize but I am a bit confused on what the current situation is. You mention that it takes a week for the customer to get the order. You also mention the Printify fulfillment center delivers the product in 2 days. Can you elaborate on what you mean by this? Is the customer receiving the product in 2 days or a week?

If you are using Printify the fulfill your orders, unfortunately there is no work around to provide faster shipping speeds, unless you purchase you change POD suppliers. There are a number of options you can look at found here. I recommend reviewing their current shipping speed to see if its meets your requirements.
