There's a lot of shipping options in Shopify.
You can set rate base on the product weight or product price then you can declare how much the customers will be charge for example:
Product A weight 1lb
You can set up weight base shipping:
From 0lb to 1lb the shipping cost will be 5USD.
Incase you are looking for a way to integrate with shipping courier like UPS or USPS etc. you can enable Shopify Shipping if your business is in US, Canada or Australia.
