Please Help!

I'm having difficulty with calculating shipment for all my products. Shipping is not calculated for all the products on my website. I've selected all products in my shipping profile but it hasn't fixed the issue. I can also see the product listed in the shipping profile. I'm lost as to what to do next and would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Brekodi,

Are you using one or multiple shipping profiles? And your products have weights or not? Live shipping relates relies on the total weight of the order to be able to calculate the correct shipping cost. If you're using weight-based calculations and a product order exceeds the highest weight, shipping rates won't calculate.

I also recommend double-checking the shipping zone and shipping rate correctly. 

If you have checked everything but nothing works.

Thank you so much for the advice, John. I spoke with Shopify and found out what the issue was. I selected calculated shipping with Shopify but did not specify that it was a "physical" item. Thanks again.
