I have no idea what the main reason is, since my store was a normal store, my question is, the sales I made, will I get paid or what will happen? Because all my sales were in POS and I have no way to get that money back if they don’t pay me

Ho avuto lo stesso problema con 2 negozi, uno dopo l'altro. ho ricevuto il Ban senza alcun preavviso. Hanno aperto un ticket chiedendomi della documentazione che ho prontamente inviato ma a distanza di 10 gg non si sono fatti più sentire nonostante i ripetuti solleciti.
Qualcuno può aiutarmi? Ho diverso ordini da avadere, come è possibile che una società come shopify chiuda senza alcun preavviso uno store in pien attività e senza darne una ragione!!
