Hello,
A couple weeks ago I placed an order with shopify store Jewel Haven. The payment was taken but the order hasn't been updated from 'we received your order' and they haven't responded to the messages I've sent them. I'm assuming the store is either a scam or has been abandoned. Either way I would like a refund. How do I achieve this with a non-responsive seller?

You contact your payment provider (Paypal, credit card, bank etc) and tell them about it.

Seems a bit ridiculous that there wouldn't be a pathway for this through shopify.
Did you ever get this sorted. I found this while doing research about the same company
I have just put a request in through with barclays for this and my bank flagged the purchase as a recurring payment. Looking at my current recurring payment I also have £20 recurring payment listed as Shopify I would double check to make sure nothing like that is going on as well.
