Why is my online store unavailable after adding my credit card?

I made a shop and everything and as soon as I added my credit card it kicked me out and said that my shop is unavailable. How do I fix this and why is it happening to so many other people when they added credit cars?

Hi,
Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.
Contact page link: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/

If the link keeps redirecting to the home page, try opening the link in Chrome Incognito mode.

We got the same message after trying to login to the admin interface: "shop is unavailable". 
What should we do now?

i have same issues in my account but my account is full ready and i sale my products and add payment method and receive some withdrawals from shopify but now the time my account is currently unavailable plz help me about this
