Shop Pay customers not seeing option to tip

I have Tips selected in my Checkout settings. If a user is not a Shop Pay customer, they see it. If they are a Shop Pay customer, it does not show tips.

The Help Center is currently down. Help please?

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

I understand that you're using the tipping options and Shop Pay customers aren't able to see the tipping function. While the tipping feature doesn't work with accelerated checkouts (eg. PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), it does work with Shop Pay if your store is using the one-page checkout experience. If you're interested in the one-page checkout, then simply visit the link and sign-up with your email at the bottom of the page for early access. 

I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

i have the same issue,t his is the reason why i am not using shop pay but i would like. did you find a solution yet? thank you!

We are also having this issue. Has a solution been found? Only customers using Shop Pay are not seeing the tipping option, other payment types see the option.
