Shop pay installments not in Shopify payout

One of my customers did the shop pay installments for some of my merch and the money still hasn’t gone into my Shopify balance, there’s not even a transaction of the payout nor a failed transaction one. The order says it went through but haven’t seen any change in 2 business days.
