My Shopify account was frozen several days ago, ☹️and despite my repeated attempts to contact support, I’ve received no clear response or progress. My business has been put on hold because of this, and the lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable.
Every day that passes without a solution is damaging to my business, and the only responses I’ve received so far are vague promises that they’re “working on it” with no timeline or clarity on why my account was frozen in the first place. I’ve been patient, but this can’t go on any longer.😵😡
Has anyone else experienced this? How can I escalate this issue when support seems unresponsive and unhelpful? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’m stuck with no solution in sight.😓
