I am writing to follow up on Ticket #51560981, as I believe our website termination was an error.
Our partners were engaged in building and testing product mappings to ensure proper connections to the provider network and pharmacy. Unfortunately, this activity seems to have led to the termination of our account. I want to clarify that these orders were conducted as "Cash on Demand" in what we understood to be a testing environment. We are committed to transitioning our payment processing to US Payment Solutions, utilizing our high-risk merchant account through the NMI payment gateway. As a LegitScript-certified telehealth business we take compliance seriously. I have attached supporting documents for your review.
This is a time-sensitive matter and Shopify support said this ticket was marked as "URGENT" yesterday, but there has not been any movement. We are slated to launch on 10/21/2024 and awaiting an update. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.
