Hey everyone! I’m reaching out because my Shopify account was terminated unexpectedly, and my business is significantly impacted. I’ve submitted a support ticket but haven’t received any response.
I would appreciate any advice or assistance on how to expedite this process. Has anyone else experienced this, and how did you resolve it?

If you have any questions about this it's best to reply directly to the ticket where you were informed of this. If you reply there your response will go to the team working on your account and they have the most information to help you out with any questions you have. We try to reply as quickly as we can, but response times can depend on a number of factors like the work needed for your ticket and how busy the team is. There is no way to expedite this process, but you will hear back on your ticket as soon as they are able to reply and have more information to share.
