Hi I created a store around 2 months ago but I registered myself as under 18. Due to this, I am unable to activate any of my account balances or payment methods until I verify my date of birth. But when I try to set my age to my real age which is under 18, it says I have to be over 18 and I am unable to verify my real date of birth. In addition to this, when I try giving ownership to a parent or guardian that is over 18, it does not let me because I have an active balance account, even though I can access this account to deactivate it because the only thing there is a page to verify my date of birth. Is there any way to solve this problem?
