Is it possible to use shopify admin api of customers order history with a specific Discount code with only in frontend (not using or build any app or backend)

The Admin API requires server side code/actions to do the proper authentication. If the data must come from the API, then no - you won't be able to do this securely with front end code alone. What are you trying to achieve? Perhaps there's a better way to do it.
