All things Shopify and commerce
I have sent this issue to Amazon MCF CS, but I hoping to get a solution before the 3 day response time.
I integrated my Shopify to Amazon seller account through MCF. After manually mapping missing SKU’s, changing location stored to Amazon MCF, inventory shows 0. Because everything is printify linked drop ship, this doesn’t make sense, Because of this, my listings aren’t active. Amazon MCF is also the first in the priority shipment list.
Couple ideas:
a) The SKU doesn't match exactly (maybe there's an extra space somewhere, or lower case vs upper case)
b) They are creating an artificial buffer. For example if you have 10 units in Amazon, they may report less than that to prevent double selling, or to give priority to your Amazon store. I've seen that happen.
c) As an immediate solution, you could assign the location to your default location so you can manage it, then when an order comes in place it manually in Amazon Seller Central. That would allow you take sales while you're waiting for the app to get back to you.
In the end only the app developers would know why their app is not working for you.
The SKUs are mapped correctly, I have automated shipping set via Order Automater. I flipped the location back and entered inventory manually as well. I can’t manually order in Shopify because the listing isn’t active in Amazon. It shows no inventory in Amazon no matter what. I’m going mad.
Oh I thought you meant Shopify inventory was showing 0 as the result of Amazon having 0 inventory. Seems you're trying to populate Amazon inventory instead.
In that case, since it's happening inside Seller Central Amazon support would be the only way to go I think, but my guess would be that since the listing is inactive then they cannot populate it.
I understand your concern and the importance of resolving this issue promptly. If you're still experiencing difficulties with SKU mapping and inventory sync in Amazon MCF, I recommend giving Amazon MCF by WebBee a try. This integration solution is designed to simplify the SKU mapping process and ensure accurate inventory sync between Shopify and Amazon.
Once the mapping is complete, you'll be able to seamlessly manage your listings and orders without any manual effort. Product Team is also available to assist you with setting up SKU mapping and addressing any other concerns you may have. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.
