Shopify Analytics - No specific timestamp option for data

Exporting with the old system creates a column named "Date" which provides a timestamp of a sale in the following format : 2025-02-01T11:15:51-08:00

With the new analytics the closest Dimension option seems to be "Hour" which removes the specificity of the actual time the sale happened. It outputs using the following format : 2025-02-05 02:00:00

 Is there anyway to get something close to the old format? At the very least showing the actual timestamp of the sale?? It's needlessly frustrating that such a simple thing as a timestamp is missing from the new system (or at least not obviously apparently as to where it is!)
