Hello, we're a small business that sells Gaming Computers, Accessories and repairs computers. We we're victim of a Phishing attack that was spam reporting us for breaking Shopify TOS which got our account terminated. We have tried to appeal it with no response. We go to Shopify support chats they tell us that "We set it to our highest team they will email you today" 3 times yet we still haven't gotten a response from anyone. We've already switched platforms not because of how bad shopify is and now we're stuck with a pending order on shopify that the customer cannot get his order and shopify will not refund it even though I've asked and I cannot refund it so the customer is currently out of 2600 dollars and I'm stuck with a computer.

For this platform to be a paid platform it sucks and it's not worth it.

6th of September they said they would email me the same day never happened

Again told they would forward our issue and get a response back but still nothing after 2 more hours of waiting

We would be done with this if they would just refund the pending order so the customer can reorder on our new site but Shopify has been nothing but useless.

4 hours later after the last support agent said "we would be immediately contacted" we've still yet to be contacted. so this is the 3rd time hearing this dog **bleep** response.
