Shopify Are Refusing To Refund Customers after closing my account.

My Shopify account was closed by Shopify since I can't see the order screen on my start up I can't do anything I have told Shopify time & time again refund the customers cancel all orders, they just sit there are ignore and lie constantly 6 tickets later and a month of emails and live chat contact and I am no further towards dealing with this situation as they simply do not help at all Shopify support is useless at best.

I have tried everything I am being called a scammer by my customers for not refunding them but I cant because shopify are purposely holding the money for interest against my customer's will...
