Shopify Balance Card

I was asked to provide documentation however, my car was stolen and my business phone was in car so I was unable to access my email due to 2 step authentication. I was able to retrieve email on 5/19/23 and was headed to retrieve things from car. My Shopify balance acct was closed and now I have nothing. My paycheck from my job was there. Please someone help!!! No one responded to me on yesterday and I’m completely upset.

No one is getting support from Shopify Balance. We all are losing money to them.
