I'm getting the message "You have reached the maximum number of attempts for submitting your details.", and that "Employer Identification Number (EIN) could not be verified". I reached out via support chat on 8/31, and was told my issue would be escalated to the payments team. I have yet to hear from anyone. When can I expect to hear back in regards to this? I didn't want to start another chat, due to being concerned that would push my request to the back or the line. I have money waiting for me, but can't access it due to this issue.
