I am in desperate need of help. I have over 60 orders on one shopify store and $3k in holds, 7 on another and $450 in holds, and 6 on another one and $279 in holds. Shopify has banned all my stores and won’t pay me my funds. I can’t pay suppliers or fulfill orders. I’ve done nothing wrong and don’t understand what is going on. This is an extremely difficult situation for me. Id appreciate any help I can get.I’ve received no communication from Shopify support. Please help.
For additional context, the reason cited for the bans was AUP, even though I violated no such rules. I've filed numerous appeals and I still haven't heard anything. Just "our team is currently processing a lot of tickets." I can't pay my supplier or fulfill customer orders. I've violated no rules and will be leaving the platform immediately. Shopify has made life living hell. If I don't have access restored to my stores, I will be contacting my lawyer.
Have u found a solution bro? I am in the same boat. Can u give me your tg or reddit so I DM you?
Does thiis really happen to many people? I just started my store today and I already got banned. I am very hesitant to re-activate it if this will happen again
Experiencing a sudden ban without detailed feedback is tough, and it's understandable to feel let down. Many have found themselves in similar predicaments. Exploring self-hosted platforms can offer greater autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with support teams that prioritise your business's success
