Shopify - Better Reports Incorrect/incorrect price on website

For some reason today, when I was trying to manually update my spread sheets using better reports, I have been finding that better reports is not calculating the total quantity of sold inventory at the bottom of the report correctly.

It was fine yesterday, and now all the sudden numbers of products sold and the gross sales are completely off.

 

I also had a customer email me and state that the price for one of my products is incorrect on my website, it doesn't match the description. The description says $99 and then her price she sees in the cart is $139...... When I click the same link, mine shows up as $99..... So weird. Added to the cart, mine is still $99.

 

I don't know how to fix better reports, I've looked at tags, filters, and made multiple new reports with different filters, and no filters.... Troubleshooting everything. I am pretty well versed in Shopify, but this one is a doozy.

 

Any ideas?

Better reports is an external app not provided by Shopify themselves - so with regards to your queries for that app - you'll need to raise a support ticket directly with the developer and not with Shopify / Community Forums.

 

With regards to the product pricing on site - it would be impossible for both of you to have different pricing at the cart level unless you have a similar duplicated product listing... Ask your customer to provide the full URL to the product and/or a screenshot to verify this?

Hey there, thank you so much for your response. She did provide a link and screen shot. We even clicked the link at the same time and different prices showed for both of us. It was very strange. I will reach out to Better Reports. Thank you again
