Shopify Billing Discrepancies

  I am on a basic plan. The website shows charges thats different from bill.

Shopify charge in USD rather than INR, as per india if you convert the $39 ( includes tax and other goods)to Rs, it will cost you around 3423 rs.

The actual exchange rate can fluctuate and banks often add extra conversion fees.
