I'm just ranting but really frustrated with Shopify.
I have a ticket open with the billing department, waiting for them to reactivate my account - been 2 business days with no reply and i'm assuming there is going to be no reply over the weekend too.
Really frustrating, since I have stuff to do.
Anyone else had luck with their billing department?
Not impressed considering how big Shopify is. Even small hosting companies generally respond within 1 business day.
Unbelievably bad support. Every "live" chat agent i've talked to has said shopify would provide a credit to a new account. The problem? Billing has to do it and billing never responds to tickets. My last ticket was open over a week with no response until it closed automatically because shopify never responded!
So i've ticken the matter up with my credit card company.
