Shopify blance from Eur 1800 to 0 after changing country

Hello,

after I modified my store address from Dutch to French, I noticed that my shopify balance disappeared.

In the "home" section I noticed that as next payout I only see the amount for purchases made from a particular market after changing my store address, while other purchases made from other markets do not appear.

This plus the shopify balance that just disappeared are both keeping me awake at night.

I would be very grateful for some help as Shopify costumer service agents seem to take time to resolve the issue.
