SHOPIFY BUG 500 admin error impacting the sales severly no response from shopify

NON STOP FROM LAST THURSDAY I AM GETTING THE 500 ADMIN ERRORS I AM TIRED OG HIGHLIGHTING THE ISSUE TO ALL SHOPIFY ADVIORS FROM LAST 6 MONTHS BUT NO RESPONSE , EVERY 25 DAYS SAME THIG HAPPNES AND I SUFFER THE LOSS OF ORDERS FOR NEARLY ONE WEEK .

Dear Abelgoogle, Last 6 months the issue has been highlighted with all timestamps and  54 screenshot evidences , error recording and all proof still julia from shopify techncial team is unable to resolve this issue and they are clearly hiding theSHOPIFY BUG. which they are not able to resolve.
