All things Shopify and commerce
I did the free shopify store through the Adrian Morrison website. & now I can't access it, it says for me to contact an administrator which should be me because it's my store. The store is active and I can publish things from Zendrop. Why can't I login or anything and I can't even speak to anyone in support. Shopify has the worst customer service. I just want my email unlink and my financial information unlinked from this scam.
I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you have had with your online store. I understand that this store was created through a third party, this might mean that they are the store owner on file. If you believe that this is the case the fastest resolution will be to contact the party who set the website up for you so that you can properly transfer ownership.
Alternatively, you can contact our authenticated support to request that your banking details be removed from the store by following this link: Shopify Help Center. If you are not able to sign in then you can follow the prompts for that instead once you click the link.

@Shay Hello, after coming across this topic originally posted by @RHernandez17 on the Subject of Mr. Adrian Morrison. I have a follow up question please. Dose Shopify in fact have a professional business relationship wherein they retain the professional services of Mr. Adrian Morrison to bring new Shopify Store owners on board by Mr. Morrison offering to build the prospective new shopify clients a totally free e commerce shopify store for them in 15 to 20 minutes?? Mr. Morrison States clearly in several self made social media posts and ads that he is employed by shopify specifically for the purpose of bringing new customer traffic to shopify and that he is able to offer totally free 100% working shopify ecom stores to anyone who wants one and not charge a cent because Shopify pays him to do this free shopify store promotion. Mr. Morrison further states that you can easily find his image, name and likeness all over shopifys official site, thus proving that shopify is behind this entire campaign and has endorsed/employed Mr. Adrian Morrison for this sole purpose.
So does Shopify not disagree with any of the various Adrain Morrison statements above? Has Shopify sought out the marketing services of Mr. Adrian Morrison in order to assist Shopify with brining in additional needed new traffic to help shore up any quarterly statistics that may not be as high as Shopify would of liked considering the last few quarterly reporting's?
Thank you very much for your time in this matter.
Jim N.
Hi Jim,
Great questions. I can definitely understand your concern and that you want to confirm if Adrian Morrison is actually affiliated with Shopify.
I am not able to speak to any individual statements that he has made on his social media, but I can confirm that Adrian Morrison is a certified Shopify educator and affiliate. He has training content on how to start a dropshipping business of your own hosted on Shopify: Shopify Learn: Build a Print-on-Demand Empire.
Shopify has multiple options for partners, developers and affiliates to refer clients and earn commission for doing so. If you'd like to see what options are available, you can do so here: Shopify Partner earnings · Shopify Help Center and can review the terms of our Affiliate program here: About the Shopify Affiliate Program · Shopify Help Center.
If you have any concerns about Adrian Morrison and his affiliation with Shopify I recommend reaching out to our partner governance team by filling out this form: Report a Partner Violation. They would be happy to review any issues or concerns you might have.

THis is exactly the reason why people are being scammed! There is no integrtiy here. There is no support for the people who are being scammed by the , "third party" and it's all, you just can't speak on it, but yet you still make money off of us also. What a nice, sweet deal shopify has! You ought to be in jail also!
Hi
Very sorry I missed all 3 days of the 3-Day 'Shopify Launchpad' Workshop. I'm on disability and I started getting sick the night before the event and I want to ask you to please give me another chance on the workshop if you have a replay or even if I have to pay $1 again this very important to me.
I'm doing this for the first time on a very low budget that is why I couldn't upgrade and I want to ask you if you could allow me to watch the replay or register again to the workshop and I promise not to miss the upcoming events that will be greatly appreciated and thank you so much for your time
Sorry to see that Shay didn’t respond to you.
Hello Shay,
I just started my Shopify Business using Adrian Morrison, loaded the code they asked which added products to my store, and got my first order but wanted to know a bit more about how the fulfilment works.
Hello. Did you have to get a business address to remove password to publish your store when getting it built and when you got to Zendrop, did you click add store or claim free store build on Zendrop?
Hey! Did you ever get this resolved with Adrian Morrison? I was looking at doing this same thing, but I'm very unsure about it after seeing your post. What was the follow up?
I am also Curious do Let us know👍
Thank you so much! So... it's been a few month for you now, how is it going, if you don't mind me asking? Do you mind sharing about how many hours you put in a week, and what kind of work you are doing to maintain your store? And did they supply you with 20 products you actually want to sell? haha
Okay, just to follow up from this. I just wanted to throw out there to others who may be looking into Adrian's free store, you do have to put your cc information into Shopify for the plan. But no big surprise there. You have to pay for your subscription. That makes sense. But then to get the premium store they talked about and a list of 100 products, you do have to pay $97. The ad I watched was $0 for 20 products already listed for you and access to videos to train you how to run your store after that. So definitely not as advertised. @RHernandez17 Was that your experience as well?
Hi 👋
I was looking into that, are you making any money from it?
I believe the 100 products was for Zendrop. I chose the 20 products to keep the store free. That is what you probably chose and then ended up paying more.
Hey, did you end up doing it? If so which one? I’m on the edge to do it but also want to say yolo
That's exactly what I went through. But I opted for the free stuff.
How did you get help?
Glad to hear that. If you don't mind sharing, how much in terms of Net Profit are you doing now monthly ? Also do you spend a lot in ads ?
Hey so your support pages is a wee bit rough. For a few weeks I've been asking for a refund. **Moderator Edit**
You haven't responded to a single bit of social media. And I don't agree with your teaching course is worth the wait. Especially after 2 weeks from sign up.
Would love my $1 refunded.
Thanks
Mod Edit. That's so awesome. So just shut me up got it.
In A M. Video he said he would have additional training come up by the end of the week. It wasn't until I was signed up. For $1 that I found out the class was on the weekend. 2 weeks out. So thanks for moderating the theft of a dollar. Keep it. I'm out. This guy is a joke and a half. He is using chat gpt and building this up to be so much more than what it is.
Bottom line is the market is oversaturated.
Keep the buck bro. If that's how you make your living. I wish ya the best!!! 1 dollar at a time 🤣🤣🤣
Just giving you a heads up man search ecom store build express review then scroll down until you see the reddit post asking if it's legit or not! After clicking on the reddit page scroll down until you see dude talking about his experience with almost the exact same issues you're having! It's cause your store is half-ass done, (I'm guessing here but I imagine you already did) if you gave them the url to allow them to stock your store with **bleep**TY products then you gave them access to everything on your shopify, also if you gave them payment info as they asked for then they're trying to milk you for all they can after buying upgrades for your store plus all the other garbage they try feeding you to get you to purchase this or that it's a waste man seriously! How much have you made off your shopify store if you don't mind me asking? Also have you tried searching for your store from a different shopify account that's not connected to whatever device you use to login to shopify? I'd definitely try that after reading what I suggested earlier on reddit! Then after you've done your reading, the researching on what's in your store (if anything besides what you haven't personally uploaded on there), and everything else then I'd suggest doing as the other guy did go about contacting the FBI AS FAST AS POSSIBLE 100% NO BULLSH1TZ! I about fell victim to this garbage as well but stopped just before giving them access to my store I created cause I got this feeling in my gut (and my gut is straight 100% never been wrong when I listened awesome things happened but when I didn't sh1tz got real) that said don't do it you're going to regret it stop! So I did and started doing some research! Which you'll definitely be able to find some reviews that'll give you plenty of information that's for the sure! Anyhow good luck and I seriously hope nothing but the best for you for real! If you find yourself needing someone to vouch for you cause these **bleep** deleted everything fell free to message me on here & good luck!
