Shopify Calendar Check Out Cap Per day

Hey I'm wondering if anyone knows someone that can help with this or if there is an app. So I run a small floral shop and I want to put a cap on orders per day.

I know that Limitsify, can do this but my website would have a delivery calendar check out date. Here is an example

Loren places an order on Oct 9, for Nov 10 deliver. I want to put the cap on the Nov 10 not one the day of order.

Please let me know if anyone knows anyone or anything that can help me out!
