Shopify canceled my store/subscription mistakenly!!!!!!!!!!

I've had this subscription for months and today I log into my account it says that my store is inactive due to trial ending. How? I receive emails of my receipt of funds of $29 taken out monthly. I tried to contact shopify billing by replying to the email. But i need someone's help because i can not retrieve my orders that have been made due to shopify's mistake!

 

Need help to fix the issue asap!!!

Hi @DivasParadise,

If you are still being charged a monthly subscription fee, but when you log in it says the store is inactive due to the trial expiring, then it's likely that you have at least two stores connected to your email address—one which is an expired trial, which you're able to log into, and another which is an active store which you are being charged for. 

My recommendation would be to head here and enter in your email address, as doing so will trigger an email to your address that lists all stores connected to this email address. You may see that you have more than one store linked and can then try to log into the active store. If you try this and do not have any success, then you will need to contact our support team and ask for their assistance. They will try to locate the store for you, authenticate you on the account, and provide steps on how to access it again.
