Shopify cannot remove item from cart or change quantity with Marijuana theme

Customers cannot change quantities or remove items from the checkout page.
I am using Marijuana theme.

I hope you are doing well.
 
It is not possible to update cart content on checkout page in default checkout provided by shopify. You can update the content on cart page but not on the checkout. The only way to update checkout is using checkout extension apps but for this, you should have a shopify plus plan on your store. In normal plan, you can't edit checkout your own way
