How do I stop Shopify from automatically trying to register me whenever I make a purchase?  Are they doing this so they can lie about the number of accounts to investors?  And, no, I shouldn't have to opt out every single time I buy something.

This requirment is set by Shopify store owner not Shopify.

So this is because they you send you promotional emails. You can just contact with store owner to remove this.

Nothing like blaming your customer.  Okay, how about this, how do I block shopify from even appearing on my web browser and attempting to steal my data and credit card number?
