Why is my checkout process looping back to payment page?

I need help, i don't know why is this happening. After click to pay now. It got to the animation "Your order's being processed" then it goes back again to the page to pay now again

I don't know if it a problem by shopify or Razer Merchant services

Thank you for sharing your question with our network. To help you correctly identify this issue, I'm hoping to gain some further context on your experience.

 

Can you please clarify the following for me:

  • Are you successfully re-directed to Razer's payment portal?
  • Are you entering payment details, and then seeing that your order is stuck in processing?
  • If they are successful payments, are the funds going to your Razer account?
  • If they are unsuccessful payments, do you see the attempted checkouts in your Orders > Abandoned Carts?

  • I have setup, and re install the Razer Merchant Services

  • After entering billing address details and contact details, and proceed to paynow, somehow it loop back to the same page to paynow.
  • There is no record of successful payment in my Razer Merchant Services account
  • Yes, there is a unsuccessful payment in "Abandoned Checkout"

Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that for some reason payment is failing on their end. In fact, if you click on the little arrow in your screenshot, you will be provided with further details about why the transaction has failed.

 

This is important to distinguish for two reasons:

  • You can determine if the issue is with the payment itself (your card used for the transaction)
  • Or, if there is some sort of authentication token missing on Razer's end

Can you please share further details around the error described when you expand the line?
