first time i using shopify after moving from woocommerce
got 3k sales on shopify payment after that they close my account with 120 day reserve for 3k
i email risk support for full refund my customer why i need to wait for 120 days
after i email them i have someone called zain he answer me with auto reply

This decision was reached by our banking partners after completing an in-depth assessment of your overall account. Regrettably for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations. As this decision is final, there is a high risk of chargebacks for the orders that were placed and have placed a 120 day reserve on the account. If there are no chargebacks in this time the full amount will be released to the bank account on file on 2022-11-11.

I am sorry to inform that orders cannot be refunded towards your customers. As previously mentioned the funds will placed into a reserve for 120 days. If there are no chargebacks after that timeframe we will issue the full amount to your banking account.
