Shopify closed my store without warning

Shopify just closed my account and store with no warning and reason. Has this happened to anyone before? I find it very alarming as have multiple stores so now I’m worried they can be closed at literally anytime!!

To give background, the store was just selling socks so no policy violation. I contacted support but they said was out of their hands. A quick google and i found this looks like it has been happening to tons of people going back years i.e. no warning or reason and just closed. I have multiple other stores such as cocktails.co and negroni.co so worried they might end up the same. Any suggestions for a backup solution?

You can check if there are any notifications sent via email. If not, it would be best for you to contact Shopify's support team to find a timely solution.

Support were unable to do anything and said it was dealt with by a risk team that they had no method to contact.
