Shopify Collabs : Not Allowing Affiliates to Enroll

I tried enrolling as an affiliate in Shopify Collabs but got to a screen where I was required to provide social accounts.,.. but no options to choose from and no way to add social accounts.. this seems like it would be very confusing for new affiliates. 

What is the solution to this?

Hi @prestigeinfinit,

Can you try accessing the admin in a different browser or in a private/ Incognito window and letting me know if this helps at all?
