Shopify counter

I bought the shopify counter and the middle number is stuck on "4." I can hear the motor but it doesn't move. They have a "no returns" policy but I don't want my money back, I just want it to work. Any ideas? Am I screwed?

I was finally able to get to work on my PC. I made several unsuccessful attempts using my phone.
