Shopify deactived my store without reason

I launched the store on February 21st and woke up to Shopify deactivating it today. My family has invested so much time and money into creating this as a means for our disabled veteran, and now there has been no response, even though the email was sent back and a request to appeal was submitted. Why does this happen?

The customers that have access to our store can't shop anymore, shop cutting off income for living. Why is this happening? Also contact support is not working on my end.
