Shopify debits money from my balance without notifying me. ILLEGAL!

Large amounts of money have been deducted from my balance for 4 days in a row now without me knowing what this is for. When I ask in the chat how this happens, they tell me to wait for shopify to contact me by e-mail. I have been waiting for a week for this to happen and meanwhile they keep writing off money from my balance. It really is madness that this is happening
