Shopify dev support

I am trying to get a Shopify dev support email, as I've tried asking the question on community and X but got no answer. Where can I find such an email, messaging support@shopify.com is not supported anymore ?

Shopify don't provide dev support unfortunately. You will get redirected to forums, docs, Github, Slack etc.

You can try partner support, and sometimes get escalated to a dev team if you have a bug/issue to report, but I wouldn't expect to get much dev help there.
