Shopify display widget add block option depends on subscribe or unsubscribe

I have multiple apps and all are bundled in one single app, now we want the Shopify widget (add block) options should display depending on subscribe or unsubscribe if the user clicks on subscribe then only the widget should be display in the widget (add block) option attached screenshots for your reference.
