I have support after support request where Shopify promises to get back to me after their "teams" of "experts" look at the issue and nothing is ever done.
Shopify charged me twice for a $1200 bill and it took 20 days to get a refund and piles of support requests.
I have been here for 10 years. I know things changed, but its just awful now. There is very little support.
Very little if any follow up. You are really on your own.
Just look at this message. Its just filled with garbage. Its just like a giant word salad.
So if they were so concerned, why was that the last message I received?
