In case your domain is not connecting to your new Shopify store, you can follow below steps:

Check Domain Settings – Under Settings > Domains in Shopify, ensure that your domain appears and is also marked as primary.


Update DNS Records – In case you're using a third-party domain service provider, change the settings:
A Record: Change it to Shopify's IP 23.227.38.65
CNAME Record: Update it to shops.myshopify.com

 

Delete Old Connections – If the domain was previously linked to another Shopify store, disconnect it there first.
Wait for Updates – It can take as long as 48 hours for domain changes to update completely.
Clear Cache & Test – Try clearing your browser cache or test from another network to determine if it works.
